How To Delete Contracts (Portfolio Management)

Sometimes, you will come across stocks that has delisted but they are still reflected in your Unrealized P/L. This is because the online platform/App only records the buy and sell trades done through Lim & Tan.

If a stock has been delisted, it is not a sell trade done through Lim & Tan hence the records still stay. You will need to manually remove the trade.

Another instance where you will need to manually delete your trade is when your CPF/SRS trade has been revoked to cash. You will have to manually delete the CPF/SRS trade and create a new cash contract.

Here's how to delete contracts:

Step 1: Retrieve your stock trade history under Portfolio > Unrealised P/L.

Step 2: Go under Portfolio > Portfolio Management. Search the contract by date and manually delete the contract.

    Please take note:

    • Action is irreversible. Once you have deleted the contract, you will not be able to restore it.
    • This deletion can only be done on the Online Trading Platform.
