What business does the company do?Viva Industrial Trust ("VIT") is a Singapore-focused business park and industrial trust listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange ("SGX-ST"), which comprises Viva Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust ("VI-REIT") and Viva Industrial Business Trust ("VI-BT"). VIT focuses in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate that is predominantly for business parks and other industrial purposes in Singapore and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region.
VI-REIT focuses on investing, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate that is predominantly for business parks and other industrial purposes, whether wholly or partially, in Singapore and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region.
VIT's portfolio comprises five industrial properties that are strategically located in key business parks and established industrial clusters. The properties have an aggregate gross floor area of 2.9 million sq ft and asset value of S$853 million.

These properties house a diverse tenant and subtenant base of local and multinational companies from various trade sectors, including F&B, retail, logistics, storage, electronics, healthcare, renewable energy solutions, home accessories, telecommunication and data warehousing, engineering, as well as information and communications technology.
•UE BizHub EAST - an integrated mixed-use business park located within Changi Business Park.
•Technopark@Chai Chee - an established business park development located within close proximity to Changi Airport and walking distance to two MRT stations and Bedok bus interchange.
•Mauser Singapore - a ramp-up logistics development located near Tuas Checkpoint and Jurong Port, Singapore's only international multipurpose port operator.
•Jackson Square - a light industrial complex located within walking distance to Braddell and Toa Payoh MRT stations and Toa Payoh HDB Hub.
•Jackson Design Hub - a five-storey light industrial building located within walking distance to Tai Seng MRT station and with easy access to Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) and Pan-Island Expressway (PIE).
