These properties house a diverse tenant and subtenant base of local and multinational companies from various trade sectors, including F&B, retail, logistics, storage, electronics, healthcare, renewable energy solutions, home accessories, telecommunication and data warehousing, engineering, as well as information and communications technology. •UE BizHub EAST - an integrated mixed-use business park located within Changi Business Park. •Technopark@Chai Chee - an established business park development located within close proximity to Changi Airport and walking distance to two MRT stations and Bedok bus interchange. •Mauser Singapore - a ramp-up logistics development located near Tuas Checkpoint and Jurong Port, Singapore's only international multipurpose port operator. •Jackson Square - a light industrial complex located within walking distance to Braddell and Toa Payoh MRT stations and Toa Payoh HDB Hub. •Jackson Design Hub - a five-storey light industrial building located within walking distance to Tai Seng MRT station and with easy access to Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) and Pan-Island Expressway (PIE). | ||||
